Misty Morning

A freezing and foggy welcome for our visitors at Athelhampton today!

We took a quick wander through the gardens, and along the River Piddle, the poor visibility made everywhere look quite magical.

Fortunately the fog soon disappeared and the gardens were bathed in sunlight!

The house, gardens and the restaurant are open to the public all year around. Members of Historic Houses can visit the house and gardens for free when showing a valid member card.
