Athelhampton is the "Doing Business As" name of Mr Giles Keating, the owner of Athelhampton.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Athelhampton In-Person Purchase Ticketing 

​

You can purchase tickets to visit Athelhampton in person. A ticket purchased in person allows entry for the appropriate number of persons as detailed in the purchase. Tickets are not transferrable to any other person than was originally issued.

​

Athelhampton is an ancient protected site, to ensure the health and safety of all our staff and visitors we have assessed the risks of the site and limited the number of visitors to 350 on-site simultaneously. If we reach that limit a one-out-one-in policy will be used.

 

Children are welcome, however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Two free children will be admitted per full-paying adults

You may leave Athelhampton and regain entry at the discretion of the reception staff if you wish to collect a coat, a camera or picnic from your car or need to exercise a dog. We would not normally refuse such a request. 

​

 Some discounts are offered, however, these can only be used by following the terms of the offer:- such offers may be.

Any offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice and without compensation.

Athelhampton Online Ticketing

Athelhampton Events

​

Athelhampton offers a range of events, often using external suppliers, theatre companies, musical acts, dancers, etc. Tickets purchased either online or in person are final and cannot be refunded unless the event is unable to proceed in which case a full refund is offered.

If you are unable to attend a specific event, we may offer a credit voucher to be used at a future or similar event, or we may offer to attempt to resell your ticket if demand is such that we are able to offer a full refund.

Athelhampton Online Shop Shipping & Returns Policy

​

If we have made a mistake with your order, it was damaged during shipment or the item is faulty please retain all packaging and telephone the retail team on 01305 848363, where they will make an arrangement to send you a pre-paid label for the return of the item.

In some cases, they make accept photographic or video evidence and ask you to dispose of the item. Upon receipt/disposal of the item, we will send you a replacement, if the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
