A New Souvenir from the Shop at Athelhampton House & Gardens in Dorset

There is always something unique to discover in the shop at, one of Dorset’s most popular visitor attractions and historic houses. From the Anne of Athelhampton trilogy and colouring books, to mugs featuring Gyb the cat and collections of Thomas Hardy poetry, visitors can take home a special reminder of their day exploring one of England’s finest Tudor manor houses and gardens.

Located between Dorchester and Blandford Forum, Athelhampton House & Gardens welcomes thousands of visitors each year to explore more than twenty rooms of historic interiors, award winning formal gardens, riverside walks, and seasonal exhibitions.


The Athelhampton shop and restaurants are open seven days a week throughout the year, except for a few days over Christmas, and visitors are welcome to browse the shop or enjoy refreshments without purchasing admission to the house and gardens.
