Athelhampton Walk Tuesday 11th April 2023

Join the Gardening Team on an approximately 4 mile countryside walk from Athelhampton House & Gardens followed by a delicious homemade lunch in the restaurant. 

The walk will begin and end through our formal gardens. The route will be confirmed shortly.

The walk will be lead by one of the Gardeners, who is a fully qualified Walk Leader and first aid trained, with 5 years experience leading walks across East Dorset.

What to expect-

10am - Arrive at Athelhampton (Car park is free)

10-10.15am - Check In & Pre Order lunches (Toilets available)

10.15-10.30am Meet & greet 

10.30am - Walk begins

12pm - Walk concludes 

12-12.15pm - Opportunity to change muddy shoes & clothing 

12.30pm - Lunch is Served

13.30pm - For those who have bought +++ tickets will have full access to the House & Gardens until 4pm

Come prepared for the weather on the day, particularly wearing suitable footwear. Some areas can be muddy at this time of year and there will be a mix of terrain and unevern surfaces.
